We're delighted to announce our Bluebell Cafe is reopening on Monday, as well as the rest of our grounds at our beautiful site in Cornford Lane, Pembury. This includes our woodland walk (the bluebells will be out soon!), children's playground, outdoor gym and the animal barn.

The Bluebell Cafe has been refurbished during lockdown and is looking fantastic! The cafe will be serving a delicious range of food and drinks and boasts a brand-new coffee machine to ensure you have the perfect brew as you admire the gorgeous views of the Kent countryside that surround our site. The cafe will also be selling a range of spring plants.

Entrance to the site is free, but we welcome donations to help us continue to provide a wide range of support and care to children, young people and adults with autism and learning disabilities.

We will be following the most up to date government guidance in terms of social distancing in the Cafe and across the site to keep our visitors, and everyone who uses the site, safe.

These include:

  • Take-away and outside seating only for the cafe
  • One-way system for entering and exiting the cafe
  • Encouraging cafe customers to pre-book tables where possible (please phone 01892 822168 to book)
  • Hand sanitiser placed around the site (including the outdoor gym)
  • Regular and stringent cleaning and hygiene procedures followed at all times
  • Encouraging visitors to maintain a 2m distance from other parties

We also politely remind our visitors to be respectful of the fact that many of the people we support use and live close to the site and we request that people stay on the paths available and use the bins provided to dispose of any litter.

We're looking forward to welcoming you back from Monday 12th April!

Cafe opening hours:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 10.00am - 4.00pm (closed Thursday-Sunday).
