About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Head of Quality and Compliance to join our dedicate staff team here at Aspens Charities.

As Head of Quality and Compliance you will ensure that we are delivering outstanding support by being involved in all aspects of the charity to monitor and report on quality, safety, outcomes and compliance in line with the strategic plan.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the quality assurance of the whole charity. You will ensure that a person-centred approach is at the heart of the operation for all staff, volunteers and service delivery. You will play a key role in devising and leading change, able to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels to help realise the full scale of Aspens’ considerable ambition. In order to succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate

  • Understanding what “good” looks like
  • Experience of developing a people-orientated culture that emphasises quality
  • Experience of setting evaluation standards and principles across an organisation
  • Experience of developing systems for effective performance monitoring across different disciplines within an organisation
