Our charity shop in Hampden Park is raising money for our Autism, Learning Disabilities and Disability Services across Sussex and Kent. We support adults and children in both residential and supported living services along with their families and the wider community.

We are looking for an store manager who has experience in retail and providing excellent customer service, ideally in the charities sector who will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop which includes stock control, appraising collectables, cashing up, key holding, opening and closing and much more.

Charity Shop Store Manager Hours: 

Shifts: 10am – 5pm

Days: 5 days a week

35 hours per week

Charity Shop Store Manager Requirements

  • Must have Retail Experience
  • Able to work to KPI/Targets
  • Experience in the Charity Sector an advantage
  • Experience of working with Volunteers an advantage
  • Experience of Gift Aid an advantage
  • Will ideally have a general knowledge of Antiques and Collectables.
