About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring individual to support our Supported Living and Outreach Team in St. Leonards on Sea, East Sussex two nights a week.

The Night Wardens role is to provide security during the night at the block of flats located on Gensing Rd, St. Leonards-on-Sea where Aspens Charities supports individuals with Autism Spectrum Conditions and associated complex mental health conditions such as OCD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, ADD and PTSD by reviewing CCTV footage if required and the main entrance to the flats. The Night Warden will also be required to provide support and guidance to the tenants if needed during the night.

  • The people we support in St. Leonards on Sea are vulnerable adults with varying conditions ranging from Autism Spectrum Conditions, Learning Difficulties and Mental Health Conditions. You'll be there port of call in the night for any issues or concerns they may have.
  • You will be covering our Wednesday and Friday nights between 10pm and 8am to ensure that the flats and it's tenants are secure and safe.
