Location: Hybrid Working -Battle & home-based (with travel to Pembury and other locations in the South-East as required)

Contracted Hours, Full-Time, permanent, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £20,800-£23,000 per annum FTE

Are you currently working (or have worked) in a similar role, supporting the People / HR Department to be efficient, responsive and welcoming?

We’re looking for a friendly self-starter to develop and maintain our administrative systems and procedures, while supporting the People Department’s activity and projects including maintaining data into our brand new HR Information System.

You’ll have an awareness of employment legislation and able to quickly get up to speed on organisational policies and procedures. If you are working (or have worked) in the social care or education sector, even better!

 A high level of confidentiality goes without saying and strong IT skills will make the role much easier.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home with occasional needs to visit the offices in Battle, East Sussex and Pembury, Kent to support the People Advisors and People Department team.
