Recruitment Advisor
Location: Battle / home-based, with travel to Pembury and other locations in the South-East as required
Contracted Hours, Full-Time, permanent, 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: £20,800 - £23,000 per annum FTE

You'll be comfortable liaising with hiring managers to best understand their recruitment needs as well as talking to candidates to find out more about their skills and experience before booking them in for interview. You’ll also need relevant recruitment experience in a similar role with effective communication and engagement skills. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, excellent IT skills and ability to work quickly and efficiently are musts!
