About the Role:

Our Supported Living Services in Tunbridge Wells (and the surrounding areas) support adults of all ages with autism spectrum conditions and other learning disabilities or related complex support needs.

As a Senior Support Worker in our Supported Living Homes, you will work as part of and lead a strong and dedicated team, playing a big role in the support we give those that live there throughout their day to day lives.

Along with your general caring responsibilities (including some personal care and assisting those with physical disabilities or mobility issues) your role will include supporting with many exciting activities other activities out in the local community. You'll also be responsible for financial checks, medication, care plan and risk assessment reviews and other general admin tasks to help support the running of the homes.

We have a range of full-time and part-time shifts available, including during the day, evenings and weekends as well as sleep in shifts (paid at £62 per night).

Honeysuckles, Southborough:

Honeysuckles is a four bed home supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions. It's a beautiful home with a large communal area to sit and relax in, with a space for dining and two kitchen areas so there is always lots of fun things happening in the kitchen.

Moira's House, Tunbridge Wells:

Moiras House is an 8 bed home located close to the heart of town in Tunbridge Wells and is home to people we support with autism, learning disabilities, physical disability and mental health conditions. Staff here are expected to support those living here with their everyday living needs, encouraging their independence as much as possible to maintain a happy home and achieve various goals set. Moira's House also needs a sleep in shift paid at £62 per night.

About You:

As a senior support worker, you should have a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.

You will be experienced in leading a team whilst supporting someone in a professional setting. You should also have some experience supporting vulnerable adults, either in a professional setting or through your own person relationships.

Being a driver is desirable but not essential.
