About the Role:

At Aspens we work across Kent and Sussex; supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Falconer’s Court is a residential service, home to 7 adult females with autism spectrum conditions and other learning and physical disabilities.
Many of those we support have limited verbal communication skills and can occasionally display behaviours of concern.

On the other hand, the home is full of lots of energy. To match this, we are looking for a friendly, energetic and hard-working person, who has a fun spirit and a passion for supporting others to join our fantastic staff team.

Your role as a support worker will be vital in helping those that we support to feel empowered to live as independently as possible. You will play a big role in supporting daily activities which could include: baking, arts and crafts, swimming and bowling.

You'll also be responsible for carrying out the person-centred support plans (including personal care) and following risk assessments, administering medication and completing daily reports to ensure those we care for are safeguarded while living their best life.

About You:

We are looking for friendly, hard-working people with a fun spirit and a good sense of humour to join our team of support staff.

How to Apply:

If you are friendly, dedicated and passionate about supporting others we would LOVE to speak to you!

APPLY NOW with one easy click and one of our team will be in touch to discuss the role with you and answer any of your questions and arrange an interview.

Interview process:
We will work with you to ensure most suitable dates/times for interview.
Interviews can either be conducted in service or via remote/video call, dependent on your preference and service tours/visits can be arranged at a later date. Ideally, we would love to initially meet you in person, however, we do appreciate the worries and anxiety that an interview can cause so are open to other options.
