About the Role:

You are who Aspens is looking for to keep the nights a safe place to live for the people we support in our service in Robertsbridge.

As a member of the night team your amazing work will continue on to support the day staff and all around you’ll be making a massive positive impact on the lives of the people we support – who deserve only our very best.

Our care home in Robertsbridge is on a journey to make it an amazing place for the people we support. In order to do this, we need even more amazing carers like you to join our team.

The people who live in the service in Robertsbridge usually go to bed at night but some of the individuals may stay up later and socialise. You’ll be responsible for keeping everyone safe in a team of 3 night staff, as you all share in the responsibilities of the night shift from cleaning, 1-1 checks and general emotional support.

Shift times are split 9.30pm to 7.30am and cover Monday – Sunday. Contracts can range from 1 night per week up to 4 nights a week (with the option of overtime available as well). We can offer set days or a flexible rota to fit your availability.
