We are very fortunate to have many amazing volunteers who support the work we do here at Aspens.

During the challenging past months of the Covid-19 pandemic this support has been needed more than ever - and our volunteers have certainly done us proud.

From shopping trips for our service users and staff who were unable to get out, to making hundreds of masks, visors, gowns, scrub-caps and ear-savers for our care staff, we are enormously grateful to all those who provided help, meaning the Aspens team could continue providing the vital service to all those we support.

We’d like to give a huge shout-out and thank you to the following groups: Sew for Aspens, Tonbridge School, Pembury Matters, Sevenoaks Netmums, Chatham and Clarendon Grammar School, Tunbridge Wells Scrubbers, Crafty Stuff, For the Love of Scrubs, The Sewing Collective, Scrub Making for Royal Sussex and PRH Burgess Hill, Sewing for the NHS, Volunteer Riders UK; as wells as Nicky Todd who co-ordinated our army of sewers and the many individuals who provided items and helped out.

This support has made such a difference in an incredibly difficult time and the Aspens team thanks you all.
