In order to reduce the gap the following measures have been taken: A manager’s framework has been introduced ensuring all manager’s pay is equal for the appropriate roles. Aspens is an equal opportunities employer, ensuring it is neutral in respects of race, gender, age and belief. Unfortunately, we are not at the point where we can anonymously recruit but all roles are gender neutral and selection is undertaken solely on skill-set and qualifications. By introducing the management framework any discrepancies in pay have been aligned and future training, promotions and recruitment fit into the framework. Since the data for the report was collated there have been three female members of staff appointed on the Executive Team. Chat with us, powered by LiveChat
