Covid 19 Policy & Guidance - Updated 19 January 2021

Gender Pay Gap Report**

*Complaints should be sent to: [email protected]

**The attached gender pay gap report as at 05/04/2020 has been accepted by the executive as correct.

In order to reduce the gap the following measures have been taken:

  • A manager’s framework has been introduced ensuring all manager’s pay is equal for the appropriate roles.
  • Aspens is an equal opportunities employer, ensuring it is neutral in respects of race, gender, age and belief.
  • Unfortunately, we are not at the point where we can anonymously recruit but all roles are gender neutral and selection is undertaken solely on skill-set and qualifications.
  • By introducing the management framework any discrepancies in pay have been aligned and future training, promotions and recruitment fit into the framework.
  • Since the data for the report was collated there have been three female members of staff appointed on the Executive Team.
