One of our residential services, Burton Cottages, has received glowing feedback following a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission. 

The Inspector said that the East Sussex residential service had a "warm and relaxed atmosphere" and that "very good procedures are in place to prevent visitors from catching and spreading infection and bringing infection in to the service."  

The Inspector went on to comment: "It was lovely to hear positive feedback from relatives and they greatly appreciate the lengths staff have gone to keep them informed. Staff too spoke positively of the support they receive from management and the organisation. Keep up the good work."
