Hours of Work: Full-Time 37 Hours per week - Working across all 5 services
Salary:  £11.44 as of April 2024 (+ £62 per night sleep-in rate where required and agreed)

About the Role:

Our Supported Living Services in Pembury, support adults of all ages with autism spectrum conditions and other learning disabilities or related complex support needs.

As a Support Worker in our Supported Living Homes, you will work as part of a strong and dedicated team, playing a big role in the support we give those that live there throughout their day to day lives.

Along with your general caring responsibilities (including some personal care and assisting those with physical disabilities or mobility issues) your role will include supporting with many exciting activities such as baking, painting or learning to play an instrument as well as other activities out in the local community. And helping to maintain the home and supporting the service user with Paperwork

We are looking for full-time , including support worker Flexible, evenings and every other weekend as well as sleep in shifts (paid at £62 per night).

Interview process:
We will work with you to ensure most suitable dates/times for interview.
Interviews can either be conducted in service or via remote/video call, dependent on your preference and service tours/visits can be arranged at a later date.
