It's really important that you complete the expression of wish form to make sure we have the up-to-date details of whom you wish to be your beneficiary.

Learning & development opportunities

We offer a myriad of learning & development opportunities, above and beyond the mandatory training you need to safely carry out a role within the social care sector.

Enhanced family leave pay

We offer maternity, paternity and other family leave over and above the statutory minimum.

Shuttle bus to and from Cornford Lane

We appreciate that the increasing fuel prices mean that many of us are looking for alternative ways to travel to and from work and we know that the Cornford Lane site is difficult to reach when you don't drive. The shuttle bus is part of our offer to support staff in this way and we also encourage car sharing wherever possible.

We offer a shuttle bus service 7 days a week to and from our services on Cornford Lane, with pick up points around the locality.

Travel season tickets

We offer interest-free loans for those wishing to purchase a travel season ticket.

Car sharing app

Along with our free staff shuttle bus service we also have created a new app to enable our staff members to easily lift share when travelling to our offices and services. The new app will enable you to share work-related trips with your colleagues, helping us to improve efficiency and be more environmentally friendly.

With fuel costs rapidly rising, this will be a great way of helping reduce costs to the charity, meaning we have more funds to put back into our work, improving the lives of the people we support.

It will reduce mileage and wear and tear on your own vehicle and if you don’t own a car will mean you don’t need to rely on public transport, which will reduce your own costs.

Hardship loans and advances

For those times when you're struggling and an unexpected bill needs paying, we may consider a salary advance or short-term loan.
