Move your way this summer and make every minute count

This summer, as we get ready to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, we’re inviting everyone to take part in our virtual movement challenge and we want people of all ages and abilities to get involved.

The idea is simple, move for 30 minutes and raise £30.

How you complete your challenge is completely up to you. You could do 1 minute a day for 30 days, complete the 30 minutes all in one go, or spread it out in a way that suits your routine and lifestyle. There’s no right or wrong way to take part, the goal is simply to get moving and make a difference.

Whether you choose walking, wheeling, swimming, dancing, stretching, using an outdoor gym, cycling, gardening, or any activity that gets you moving, every movement counts.

This challenge is all about flexibility, inclusion and fun. Take part on your own, get your friends and family involved, challenge your colleagues, or make it a group activity. Set your own goal, choose your own pace and celebrate every achievement along the way.

By taking part and raising funds, you’ll be helping us continue to provide life-changing support that empowers individuals on the autism spectrum and those with learning disabilities to live more independently, build confidence and access more opportunities in their communities.
