Happy International Women's Day!

It's International Women's Day and we celebrate all the amazing women connected with Aspens - from the women we support, to their family members and carers, to our female volunteers and staff members.
Inclusivity is one of our core values and we embrace equity at Aspens. We’re very proud that we’ve closed the median gender pay gap for our employees, which has remained at 0% for the last 3 years.
We’re working hard to move our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategic plan forward and continue to offer flexible working patterns and new ways of working, to intentionally break down some of the barriers that hamper equality of opportunity and to decrease the mean gender pay gap.
