Aspens' Mike Giles wins BBC Make A Difference Award!

Huge congratulations to Mike Giles, Senior Horticultural Support Worker at Aspens, for winning the Carer category in the BBC Make A Difference Awards, hosted by BBC Radio Kent and held in Gillingham on 18 September 2023.
The ceremony celebrated "local heroes who work tirelessly to improve their communities".
Winning the award is a wonderful and very well deserved recognition of Mike's hard work and dedication empowering people on the autism spectrum and with learning disabilities to access and enjoy a wide range of horticultural activities at Aspens over the past 40 years.
We're super proud of you Mike, well done on this fantastic achievement.
