Congratulations to Mike on being Finalist for BBC Make a Difference Awards!

A huge congratulations to Mike Giles, Senior Horticultural Support Worker at Aspens, who has been selected as one of four finalists in the BBC Radio Kent Make A Difference Awards, in the Carer category.
Mike, who didn’t know anything about the nomination, was surprised to receive a phone call from the radio station telling him he’s made it to the final stages! Listen in to Mike finding out on BBC Radio Kent on Thursday 29 June at various times throughout the day! (0640, 0935, 1250 and 1735)
Well done to Mike on this wonderful recognition of your dedication and the support you have given for over 30 years empowering the people we support to enjoy gardening and learn about horticulture.
