Update as at Tuesday, 13 December, 8:30am:

We have been monitoring the weather forecast closely and the majority of our services plan to open today, Tuesday 13 December.

  • Our Day Opportunities will be open, for those who are able to safely travel in to them.
  • Outreach services may be affected depending on conditions – please contact your individual service manager to confirm.
  • The Bluebell Cafe will be closed today due to difficulties for staff in travelling to work but Christmas trees will be on sale and payment can be made at reception.
  • All our stores will be open (Bexhill, Crowborough, Hampden Park, Paddock Wood and Seaford). Opening hours may differ from usual; please phone the store ahead of visiting to confirm. Store details here.
  • Our Staff shuttlebus will continue to run but service may be limited, please check with driver (John Hancock).

The outlook is that the weather will remain very cold over the next few days with widespread frost, freezing fog and more wintry showers in some places.

Please take care when travelling and consider taking extra, warm clothes and blankets with you, in case you get stuck. Advice from the AA on driving in snow can be found here.

We will review the ongoing situation. Please keep an eye on our social media and website for further updates.
