Support Worker Hayley is Running Bewl Water Marathon for Aspens! Hayley Bellingham, a Support Worker for Aspens, is putting on her running shoes to raise funds for Aspens this May, when she takes part in the Bewl Water Marathon. Hayley, who has an autism spectrum condition, took on the Tonbridge Half Marathon for the first time last year, and has decided to push herself to complete a full marathon, a massive 26.2 miles, on 13 May around the beautiful reservoir near Lamberhurst, Kent. Hayley took up running back in 2021 after being challenged by a friend to run a half marathon. Hayley says, "Having autism myself, I have daily struggles but running has helped me in so many ways, including losing 8 stone in weight and still counting! I've only been working with Aspens since November 2022 and already have seen the massive dedication everyone puts in including myself to help support those who need it the most! Will you help me to help them? No matter how big or how small the donation is, it will go towards helping and improving lives and helping them to live a fulfilling life!" We all wish Hayley the best of luck in her training and when the time comes, tackling the marathon - everyone at Aspens will be behind her cheering her on!
