It's Learning Disability Week and we’re looking at how nature benefits the wellbeing of people with learning disabilities.

For people with disabilities, gardening can help to improve communication and social skills, fitness and confidence.

During lockdown the residents and staff at one of our supported living houses, Frank House, made over their entire garden together as a team. The transformation was amazing and was a great example of how nature and gardening can provide a sense of achievement and give the opportunity to work as a team whilst getting lots of exercise and fresh air and having great fun!
