It's Volunteers' Week and we're saying thank you to our amazing team of volunteers! This is Liz who has been volunteering for Aspens for six years.

Liz chose Aspens as she was interested in our work supporting people with autism and learning disabilities.

Liz says the role of a shop volunteer is really varied, “I enjoy greeting customers and having a chat with them at the till and being part of a team. Anyone thinking of volunteering should give it a try. You don’t need any particular skills and there is always something you can do and someone around to help.”

Thank you for all your hard work for Aspens Liz! It is very much appreciated. 

Aspens has stores in Paddock Wood, Crowborough, Seaford, Bexhill and Hampden Park. Our Bluebell Cafe is located at the Cornford Lane site in Pembury. We have volunteering opportunities available at all locations.
