Saxby's Lane is a Supported Living service providing high-quality care to individuals with a medium level of needs. The service is located in Lingfield, Surrey. 

Saxby's Lane is a female-only, shared service with 4 bedrooms in Lingfield, Surrey. The people we support here have moderate learning disabilities and/or are on the autism spectrum. The service offers high levels of support, with all staff trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and epilepsy care. 

Saxby’s Lane is delivered under the Supported Living framework. It offers thoughtfully designed accommodation for autistic adults and those with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently with personalised support in a vibrant community setting.

Saxby’s Lane is a modern, detached house in Lingfield, Surrey. The property has large and comfortable communal areas, including a living room with an activity table, a dining room with a table and sofa and a modern, spacious kitchen. 

There are 4 bedrooms (and one staff sleep room), all with a private en-suite bathroom. There is a sizeable private garden with outside seating and a large private driveway, providing a minimum of 3 parking spaces.

The historic and picturesque village of Lingfield is located in a charming countryside setting with good connectivity to London, making it a popular place to live.

Saxby’s Lane is within walking distance of the village centre, which has a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, gyms and sports clubs. Bus links and Lingfield train station are a short walk from the property.

There are many green spaces and attractions nearby, including a nature reserve, the British Wildlife Centre and Hever Castle. Lingfield is just 17 miles south of central London, making it easy to commute to the city. It is close to the towns of East Grinstead and Oxted, offering many amenities and entertainment.
