Role/Job Title: Support Worker (Including Sleep-Ins)

Location: Saxby Lane, Lingfield - RH7 6DL

Hours: 23.25 hours per week

Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays the same shift pattern as below:
16:00pm – 10:00pm (Support Worker Rate of £13.32 per hour)
10:00pm – 7:30am (Sleep-in paid at £62.00)
7:30am – 8:45am (Support Worker Rate of £13.32 per hour)

Salary: £13.32 per hour (Support Working hours) / £62 Sleep-In rate)

The people we support at Saxby Lane are female and have preferences for female to undertake care that is personal and intimate, affecting privacy and decency. Both residents require lone working care staff and, at this time, whilst building a staff team, we are only able to offer roles to female applicants in order to respect the people we supports' requests and wishes.

About the Role:
Support Worker roles at Aspens are varied and include both team-based and lone working. Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, nutrition, attending appointments, shopping, laundry, cooking, finances, and supporting social activities. Support Workers also complete documentation such as observation sheets, incident forms, and daily notes while implementing care plans under supervision.

You will work closely with service users, their families, and professionals to ensure high standards of care, emotional support, and wellbeing. Aspens offers flexible working hours, full training, and ongoing support for your development.

You will be provided with full training and support in order to make a success of the role.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, hard-working and passionate about supporting others to lead our fantastic team of staff.

The afternoon/evening role is working alongside another Support Worker to support with individual routines, to meet their needs and ensure that they feel supported and settled for the evening.

Sleep in role, is alongside a Waking Night support worker who carries out visual checks on the people we support
