Salary: £12.71 per hour

(+ £62 per night sleep-in rate)

We provide support and care to children, families and adults across Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, Surrey and the London Borough of Bexley. Our services include registered care homes; supported living; community outreach; day services, including pathways to employment; children and young people’s groups and support; specialist support; and free online support for families and carers across the South-East.

About the Role:
Our Supported Living Services support adults of all ages with autism spectrum conditions and other learning disabilities or related complex support needs.

As a Support Worker in our Supported Living Homes, you will work as part of a strong and dedicated team, playing a big role in the support we give those that live there throughout their day to day lives.

We are currently recruiting for our Supported Living and Outreach services (SLOR). This includes Wings Court (Paddock Wood), The Paddocks (Pembury) and as well as other community services locally.
We are looking for full-time flexible Support Workers to assist with covering days/evenings as well as occasional sleep in shifts (paid at £62 per night) - can be discussed at interview. Flexibility to work every other weekend will also be required for this role.

Wings Court and The Paddocks provide highly person-centred 1:1 support to adults with autism, learning disabilities, dementia, communication needs, physical disabilities and associated health needs. The role would include supporting people with daily living skills, personal care, medication, moving and handling, positive behaviour support, emotional wellbeing and accessing the local community.

Both services are similar in that they provide 1:1 supported living support, but the people we support have their own individual needs, routines and communication styles, so flexibility, consistency and a person-centred approach are really important.

About You:
